Workplace Food Programs in Our Post-COVID Reality
As we continue to deal with the international COVID-19 health crisis, organizations and state governments are trending towards reopening. We are all gradually trending towards returning to a state of normalcy and have been inundated with information about COVID-19 and how to protect ourselves, our loved ones, and our livelihoods. While much has been discussed in regards to modifying human behavior and ensuring our workplaces remain safe and healthy, very little has been provided as it relates to corporate food services and how they should operate in our current reality. Corporate food program safety demands our attention as COVID remains a very real threat.
