It’s official: every lunch is a touchdown at Gridiron Taco whether it’s a trio of beef tacos or a bowl of nachos with guacamole, fresh pico de gallo, and shredded chicken. Gridiron Taco’s menu is simple and streamlined, giving cooks a chance to zero in on what makes each dish great and figure out how to win the hearts, minds, and stomachs of their customers.
Detroit BBQ Company serves up mouthwatering rib tips, pulled pork, and brisket. Their recipe for success includes sourcing high-quality meats from Creekstone Farms and Niman Ranch as well as being choosy about the kind of wood they use (mostly a mix of local oak and hickory). Vegetarian-friendly mac and cheese, cornbread, and coleslaw help round out the Southern comfort meals they serve.
Known for their modern interpretations of classic Mediterranean dishes, La Kabob Grill has been serving shawarma, falafel, hummus, and baklava since 1998. Don’t worry about filling up on pita bread, it’ll be worth it: theirs is baked fresh daily in their brick oven.
Grilled cheese and tomato soup are the ultimate comfort food, perfect for a rainy day or when you’ve just been hit by a deluge of paperwork. Cheesy Melts specializes in this classic combo and takes it a step further by incorporating deluxe ingredients including smoked gouda, hand-carved chicken breast, applewood smoked bacon, and pickles.
