In 2024, Natalie Saensradi founded Delish Thai Kitchen. After running a food marketplace in LA for seven years, she decided to use her expertise to bring authentic Thai cuisine to North Hollywood. Since opening, she has combined a warm, welcoming environment with expertly-crafted Thai flavors to create a local favorite that was recently granted a Congressional Recognition Award.
At the core of Delish’s philosophy is Saensradi’s passion for Thai cuisine. In every dish, she honors its flavors, traditions, and cooking methods. She believes that Thai food’s rich history has a unique ability to bring people together, and she’s spent years perfecting beloved classic meals that keep customers coming back time and time again.
Delish’s most popular dishes include noodles, rice plates, curries, and stir fries. Their pad thai is a particular favorite, featuring an expertly-balanced blend of sweet, savory, tangy, and spicy flavors. A wide selection of Thai street food rounds out their offerings with meats and vegetables cooked to perfection with bold, vibrant seasoning blends.
Delish also offers catering services, and their food works perfectly for parties, family gatherings, corporate events, or pretty much anything else. Although their catered plates are cooked and served in bulk, they’re made with the same fresh ingredients and care as their in-store made-to-order meals.
With these simple-yet-flavorful menu items, Saensradi gets to share Thai comfort and hospitality with her guests. Over the past two years, she has worked hard to create a relaxed and comfortable dining experience where everyone can come in and enjoy their food at their own pace. Whether they're stopping in to pick up takeout orders, to grab a quick bite on their lunch breaks, or to enjoy a casual meal after work, she’s always happy to see customers walk through her door.
Saensradi’s favorite thing about running her own restaurant is welcoming new customers and seeing them turn into regulars. She feels honored every time guests tell her that her dishes remind them of home, and she loves getting to introduce people to Thai food for the first time.
Recently, Delish’s dedication to serving the North Hollywood community was acknowledged by the United States House of Representatives with a Congressional Recognition Award. This achievement highlights Saensradi and her team’s appreciation for Thai culture and friendly, hospitable service. In only a few years, they’ve made a noticeable impact on their customers’ lives.
